At ESI Financial, Jordan serves as an independent Investment Advisor Representative, where he is able to help people pursue their financial goals. Early on in life Jordan had an interest in finance, but he credits his professors at Hope College for steering him into his career choice. As much as he enjoys the financial aspect of his job, it is the client relationships that drive Jordan to do his best work. He enjoys putting himself in the client’s shoes and making recommendations based on their needs and goals. He couldn’t imagine having any other job because he loves helping people and the flexibility being self-employed brings. Jordan joined Dave Ramsey’s team in 2011 and enjoys living and sharing Dave’s principals with others.
Outside of work, Jordan is busy as a father. He claims his wife as his hero for somehow managing to take care of him, their home, and 3 children under 4 years old. He says she has a much harder job than he does!
Jordan is a Byron Center local, having grown up in the area, and is now raising his family there. He attended Grand Rapids South Christian High School before graduating from Hope College. On the weekends, he loves supporting U of M sports, golfing, fishing, and spending time with family and friends.
